НЕ работает добавления файлов с компа!

Всем привет, проблема заключается в том что, после того как я перенес сайт на движке вордпрес на другой хостинг, у меня не работает функция добавления файла с компьютера на сайт, когда добавляю статью. Выдает такую ошибку

Открыл файл functions.php но там много разных кодов, не знаю что редактировать что бы заработала функция добавления файлов!
Что мне сделать, что бы работала функция добавления файлов с компьютера?
